These tiles are about 2 inches by 2 inches and 2-1/2 inches top to bottom.
Using my digital caliper; tiles measures 2.58" top to bottom.
and 2.15" side to side.

hese tiles do not have self-spacing lugs and will need to be hand spaced as needed.
