These tiles are about 4-1/4 inches by 4-1/4 inches...and about 5/16 inch thick.
Using my digital caliper this tiles measures .31" thick and 4.29" wide on the self-spacing lugs.
Measures 4.25" wide on the square edge.
Tile has self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.
Using
a vintage Stylon Tile Color Chart, the color is:
#351 Light Gray
with a fine glossy finish.
Any white spots in the pictures are just a reflection.
Some tiles may have light staining on the unglazed back of this tile.

A word about matching the color of your tile: An exact match to your tile would be rare, just getting close in color and size is an accomplishment.
The big tile companies of last century made new colors every year and discontinued others…so after 50 years in business there are thousands of colors out there…and even with the same color, every batch may be slightly different.
